Returns and Refunds

We hope you like the goods! However, if you change your mind, the return request must be completed directly online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The products must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
We therefore invite you, if you have to try on a garment, not to remove the labels attached, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Please send a return request by email to our Customer Care indicating the order number and the item to be returned.

How do I return my items? – EU countries

  • Print the return authorization email and insert it in the package together with the items to be returned
  • To conclude the return procedure you will need to use the return label that you will receive as soon as the return request has been authorised.
  • Stick the return label on the outside of the package, covering the previous label.
  • Send an email for the collection reservation indicating the date for the collection of the parcel.

How do I return my items? – Non-EU countries

  • Print the return authorization email and insert it in the package together with the items to be returned
  • Send the package by courier or national postal service to the address you will receive in the return authorization email. We remind you that the shipping costs are charged to the customer, ours Customer Care does not provide return label.
  • Keep the shipping receipt for your package
REIMBURSEMENT

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the appropriate checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods using the same payment method used to confirm the order.

The price of the purchased products will be credited back to you. Luigi Monaco 1969 does not allow exchanges of goods but refunds the cost of returned items. For any change you will have to proceed with the registration of a new order.

In the case of returns from non-EU territories, any duties and charges relating to the customs clearance procedure will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

We also remind you that the technical time to obtain the refund depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution. 

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT 

In addition to the right of withdrawal, by law you are entitled to a suitable product, or what in legal terms is defined as "a product that complies with the agreement".

Luigi Monaco 1969 is committed to providing high quality products and services. If, for some reason, you have to file a complaint about a product purchased online (in the event of defects and/or non-compliance), contact our Customer Care.

Please provide all the necessary information, including, preferably, the order number in question and photos with labels of the product you have received. 

Before proceeding with sending the goods, we ask you to wait for a response from our Customer Care, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment of the product. 

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, Luigi Monaco 1969 will organize the collection of the product at its own expense.
